The Otunui is a surveyed vessel licensed for 48 passengers under the Maritime New Zealand regulations. With Safe Ship Management certification and auditing, you know that the a cruise on the Otunui is safe a pleasurable experience for your family and friends.
The qualified skipper holds at minimum, a Local Launch Operators license, and has hundreds of hours experience on the waters and conditions the vessel is operated in.
The galley and bar are licensed and operated under the Taupo District Council Liquor Licensing, and Food Hygiene Regulations, and the owner has a Resource Consent to operate.
